Career Opportunity:

Client Services Specialist on our Business Operations team is responsible for working across various systems and databases to process policy transactions, enter or analyze data, document requirements and deliver on client requests through direct communication via phone, email and in coordination with internal business and development teams. An ideal candidate is someone who has experience providing customer service through technology services such as administration, account management, customer service portals or other CRM platforms.

Primary Job Duties

  • Processes daily policy transactions or changes for new and existing clients on time and in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Respond to questions and requests from clients, brokers or policy holders regarding policies or technology services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technology or user issues
  • Work across multiple systems to collect information, process transactions and generate reports.
  • Coordinate between team of Analysts, Developers and Relationship Managers to communicate and deliver on customer requests.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams during implementation of new clients services or during the onboarding of new clients.
  • Develops and maintains up-to-date policy or procedure documentation;
  • Contribute to a team environment by providing administrative support to fulfillment (mailing) or call center team members.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • High School diploma or Associate’s degree and at least 2+ years of professional work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in a technology capacity.
  • Record of working with system or account management role, preferably in the financial or technology arena.
  • Previous positions held require application of technical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to balance accuracy and speed to meeting client deadlines.
  • Effectively communicating with clients and internal team members.
  • Use of conductive reasoning to solve problems, answer questions and troubleshoot or navigate through technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to identify areas of improvement.
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office suite, and/or other related technology is a must.

Additional Position Information:

This is a full-time (40-hours per week) position. The pay for this position is $19.23/hr. The schedule for this position may vary dependent upon needs of the department and team. Candidates applying should have flexibility between the hours of 8AM-8PM and able to adjust to varying start times periodically to serve as a back-up and contribute to a team environment. This is a benefits eligible position & located in Allentown, PA office.
